The model's glow is achieved by using a tinted moisturiser, and a peach blush on the cheekbones.
Brows are brushed into place and filled in with a brown powder.
The eyes have a light wash of white beige eyeshadow and a subtle matte brown blended into the outer half of the lower lashline. A white eyeliner (or a skin coloured one, if white is too "popping" for you) is used in the waterline and a band of natural fake eyelashes are used to finish off the eyes.
A nude, sheer lipstick is used to finish off this look.

You've offered some great advice on how to achieve this look. I'd also add that making sure the whites of your eyes are bright is very important. This is one of my favorite looks, however, there has been a few times where I've looked like a hot mess because my eyes looked so tired.
